For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Contact the sender of the information, respond to your request or query and follow up later.
  • Send commercial communications (newsletter) of the CIMA Association to users who have requested it.

For these purposes, the identification and contact details of the interested parties will be processed.

How long will we process your data?

The data will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to your request, request, query or complaint and give this for definitively closed. They will then be kept as a communications history for a period of one year, unless you request their deletion earlier.

For the commercial purposes indicated, the data may be kept indefinitely, unless the user expresses his opposition or revokes his consent.

The data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

How do we process your personal data?

The CIMA Association – CENTER OF INTEGRATION OF MINORS IN ABANDONMENT, guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided to it. To this end, it has implemented the technical and organizational security measures that are necessary to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

How do we process your personal data on social media?

In the event that you become friends with or follower of ours on social networks, we will process your data to keep you informed of our activities and promotions through such channels. These data will be processed on the legal basis of your consent and will be kept as long as you remain a friend or follower of ours, being able to revoke your consent at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously. The fact of providing the data for this purpose is voluntary, although, if not, you will not be a friend or follower on the social networks in which we have.

In cases where the user registration is carried out through social networks, the personal data that we will process will come from the social network in question, to which, previously, the data subject has provided such data for the purposes provided in its corresponding privacy policies. The categories of data that we will collect from the social network in question are those listed on our registration form and that you have provided to that social network. If, to register on our website, more data than those provided by the social network are essential, you must complete them additionally in our registration form, subject to the privacy conditions provided in this clause.

What responsibility do you have for your personal data?

The User is responsible for the true of the information provided through this Website. For this purpose, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data communicated and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it responds to his/her real situation. The User will be responsible for the false or inaccurate information provided and for the damages that this causes to the CIMA Association – CENTER OF INTEGRATION OF MINORS IN ABANDONMENT or to third parties.

What responsibility do you have in the processing of third-party data?

In the event that the personal data of a third party has been provided, it is the sole responsibility of the person who makes it have previously obtained the consent of that person for their data to be processed by us, having previously informed them of everything provided for in Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Data protection policy for sponsors and/or collaborators of the CIMA Association

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data provided by the data subject will be processed by the CENTER OF INTEGRATION OF MINORS IN ABANDONMENT (hereinafter, CIMA Association), whose contact details are as follows:

Personal data will be processed to manage child sponsorships, partner collaborations, project participations and other social collaborations in project financings of the CIMA Association – CHILD INTEGRATION CENTER IN ABANDONMENT. Your data will be processed on the basis of the legal relationship of collaboration that you maintain with the CIMA Association, being kept for the entire time that relationship with the CIMA Association is maintained and, subsequently, until they prescribe the possible responsibilities arising therefrom and for the sole purpose of serving them, if applicable. The processing of your data is necessary to manage the registration in the CIMA Association, its collaboration and the projects in which it participates, so it is mandatory that the interested party facilitates them if he wishes to maintain his relationship with the CIMA Association. The boxes with an asterisk, if any, are mandatory so their non-completion will mean the impossibility of managing their collaboration with the CIMA Association. The data will be transferred to the Public Administrations in the cases provided for by the Law and your name and bank account may be communicated to the financial institutions to process the collection of your collaboration. The interested party may request a copy of these clauses from the CIMA Association at the e-mail address indicated above.

Unless otherwise indicated to any of the contact addresses referenced or by checking the corresponding boxes existing at the bottom of the sponsorship forms, the data will also be processed for the sending of commercial communications of acts and social projects of the Foundation, as well as any other communication of a commercial nature. In any case, the authorization to process your data for this purpose is voluntary and your refusal would only result in the fact that you would not receive such communications. The basis of the processing would be the existence of legitimate interest of the CIMA Association to promote its projects, acts or any other activity related to its founding object. This legitimate interest is recognized by the applicable legal legislation (General Data Protection Regulation), which expressly allows the processing of personal data on that legal basis for direct marketing purposes. At any time you can object to such use in the contact details referred to.

If the interested party expressly authorizes by marking the corresponding check box at the end of our forms or indicating it to us at any of the contact addresses, we may send you, including through electronic means, product communications and services from collaborating entities, such as editorial and financial entities, that allocate a percentage of their income to our Association. The basis of this processing is the consent of the data subject, who may withdraw at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the data processed previously.

For the commercial purposes indicated, the identification and contact details of the interested parties will be processed.
The personal data used for the referral of commercial communications may be kept, for this purpose, indefinitely, unless the interested party objects to any of the contact addresses indicated or revokes their consent. In any case, the authorization to process your data for this purpose is voluntary and your refusal would only result in the fact that the collaborator will not be able to be the recipient of these communications.

The data subject has the right to request access to his personal data, its rectification or deletion, as well as the limitation of its processing, to oppose it and its portability by written communication, accompanied by the information that proves its identity, addressed to any of the contact addresses indicated.

In the event that the personal data of a third party is provided, the data subject undertakes, under his sole responsibility, to have previously obtained the consent of that person for his data to be processed by the CIMA Association, having informed him in advance of everything provided for in Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
